First page - [Video]

[The journal suddenly starts recording to catch a young woman's voice in mid-sentence. Sadly, the camera is directed towards the ground.] -at this button does... Is it broken?

This is hopeless. I'll never figure this device out. [A deep sigh.] If only Pascal were here...

[The image shakes, then tilts harshly until the camera is directed towards a stone ceiling instead. A hand swiftly moves past the screen.] ... Ah? What's it doing now?

[And finally, the journal is tilted one last time to show a girl with long pink hair, wearing a New Feather dress and staring into the camera with a confused expression.]

No... Not yet. This book had my name on it, so I just assumed it would hold answers. [And instead it's leaving her with more questions.]

A form of identification, supposedly. Like the wings, there isn't anything that can be done about it.

The wings... Are they real? [They feel so real, but common sense dictates that humans can't have wings. Only angels have wings, but she certainly didn't die or anything of the sort.]

Real enough. They're vital to our survival; you should be careful not to damage them. Hurting them alone will cause you pain.
