[It's been almost two weeks since Sophie left Luceti. Cheria's no stranger to having friends sent home, but that doesn't make it any easier. She's been struggling with a little problem of her own and today, she's decided to ask for advice. Her query is written in a neat little scrawl.]

What does it mean when you have the same dream almost every night? Is there any way to make it [...] stop?

[Something on her mind a lot... That sounds about right. She gives a vague nod.]

Really? Like what?

Well my friends tried lots of different things to try to get me to sleep. A lot of it was stuff that helps you relax, like... yoga stretches and talking about the problems... and there was also a weird kind of massage that really just hurt...

[Oooh, a massage doesn't sound half bad right about now, but it'd have to be a normal massage, not the hurting kind. She's up for yoga too.]

Do you think there's anyone in Luceti who can help me with yoga? I've never tried it before...

That's a good question. The person who taught it to me was Katara, but she - she's not exactly herself right now. I only remember a little of it myself, but I'd be glad to show you that much.

I'd appreciate that. There might be some books about it in the library, but I'd rather learn from someone who has first-hand experience or I might end up pulling a muscle.

That wouldn't be good! I'll definitely teach you what I know - I think I remember just enough to get the basics down. Maybe this is a sign I should do it more often, too, so I can get rid of more stress.

Luceti can certainly be a cause for stress sometimes. I wonder if others might be interested in yoga as well...

It can definitely causes lots of stress. But that's a good idea! Getting people together for some yoga could be fun.

Oh, I see! That's a pretty long time. It's been about a year and a half for me, I suppose.

I suppose it has... [He says with a slight distance. He hadn't really realized he was here so long until now. But he quickly picks up his tone.] Well that's even longer than me! Do you have lots of friends here?

Yes, I do. I mean... Some of them have left Luceti again as time went on, but I've also made a few new friends.

I see. I know how bad it can feel when friends go home. But I'm glad for the new friends I've made, too. They can make the experience of this place feel less bad.

Yes, exactly! This place can get pretty terrible sometimes, so it's good to know we're not alone in all this.

That's true. And they're so many different kinds of people we'd never be able to meet at our homes. That part's a good opportunity.
